Job summary

White House Clinics is seeking a Team Leader to supervise on-site departmental functions, coach staff, and improve patient care flow. The role supports CMA/RN teams within a busy primary care setting, coordinating between departments and ensuring policy adherence.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, daily workflow monitoring, timecard approvals, and regular meetings to share information and drive service quality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited program for medical assisting or nursing.
• Minimum Work Experience: Minimum 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Required License: Current Kentucky Nursing license or Certification/Registration for medical assisting. American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish the patient as the priority and focus work around the customer service experience.
• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring appropriate protocols and policies are followed.
• Monitor daily workflow for efficiency and reassign staff as needed.
• Approve daily timecards and ensure timely hours and meals.
• Develop staff through coaching and training activities; complete evaluations.
• Lead team meetings and trainings; communicate organizational information.
• Triage patient complaints and route to appropriate level.
• Maintain patient data and assist with examinations and procedures.
