Qualifications

• Six months of clinic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients and collect paperwork efficiently.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Collect copays and insurance details.
• Prepare charts for appointments and ensure documentation.
• Assist with patient checkout and follow-up scheduling.
• File records and upload documentation in EMR.
• Communicate missing documents and time-of-service details.
