Job description

Well-established obstetric & gynecology and family medicine practice with offices in Evergreen Park and Mokena is seeking skilled and vibrant receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess clerical skills, a customer service focus, and a drive to provide excellent care for all patients.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of previous Medical or Dental office reception experience preferred
2. Experience in Family Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and/or Urogynecology preferred
3. Previous EMR use, particularly Greenway, highly sought
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
5. Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage workload, take direction, and collaborate with team members required
6. Focus on patient relationships and customer service required
7. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
