Penn State Health is seeking a Medical Office Supervisor to lead clerical staff at Enola Family Practice and Blue Ridge Medicine in Harrisburg. You will manage scheduling, patient registration, cash handling, and staff engagement to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations.

The role supports the Manager and Medical Director in implementing institutional initiatives and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a day-shift, full-time position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of team function within the organization.

• Provide direct supervision of practice site clerical staff and oversee day-to-day clerical operations.
• Assist Manager and Medical Director in integrating institutional initiatives and driving quality improvements.
• Supervise Enola Family Practice and Blue Ridge Medicine sites as part of Penn State Health Medical Group.
