Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Ohio seeks a seasoned physician office manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervising clinical and administrative staff and coordinating between administration, staff and physicians.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue cycle oversight with the Central Billing Office, policy enforcement (OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA) and staff development, performance reviews and patient experience initiatives to drive quality care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance billing and of Electronic Medical Records
• Proficiency in front and back office system processe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the physician office and supervise clinical and administrative staff
• Plan, delegate and organize work assignments to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Monitor financial indicators and office performance; liaise between administration, staff and physicians
• Manage the revenue cycle components with Central Billing Office; ensure timely submissions and collections
• Conduct ongoing performance management, training, coaching and annual reviews
• Attend management meetings; enforce policies to ensure OSHA, HIPAA and medication management compliance
• Promote patient experience and maintain high service standards
