• Manage Revenue Cycle with billing and collections knowledge.
• Improve front and back office processes and delegate tasks to staff.
• Attend management meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Support quality programs and patient experience initiatives.
• Lead staff development and conduct performance evaluations.
