Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Ohio seeks an experienced Office Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of a physician practice, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and act as a liaison between administration, staff and physicians.

You will drive financial performance, manage revenue-cycle activities, and coordinate credentialing with the Central Billing Office, while ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA and medication management guidelines to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years of prior medical office management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Insurance billing and Electronic Medical Records.
• Proficiency in front and back office processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a physician office and supervise clinical/administrative staff.
• Assign and monitor tasks; ensure smooth operation and liaison between administration, office personnel and physicians.
• Manage office financials including budgeting, performance metrics and billing workflow with Central Billing Office collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA and medication management standards.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
