Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior medical office management experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Knowledge of Insurance billing and Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a physician office and supervise staff.
• Monitor financial indicators and performance; manage the Revenue Cycle with the Central Billing Office.
• Act as liaison between administration, staff and physicians.
• Hire, orient and train personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA and medication management standards.
