Mid South Rehab is seeking an Office Manager for our Flowood outpatient clinic in Mississippi. The role supports the Director of Rehabilitation and the rehab team, handling clerical tasks and insurance verifications in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of clerical/medical office experience, strong organization, and excellent writing skills for emails and memos. Day shift, full-time, Flowood, MS.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a medical office
• Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
• Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
• Organized with good time-management
• Excellent writing skills for emails and memos

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the rehab team
• Obtain insurance verifications and authorizations
• Handle scheduling, scanning, phone calls and filing
• Interact with staff, patients and families in a professional manner
