Mid South Rehab is seeking an Office Manager for our Flowood outpatient clinic in Mississippi. The role supports the Director of Rehabilitation and the rehab team, handling clerical tasks and insurance verifications in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of clerical/medical office experience, strong organization, and excellent writing skills for emails and memos. Day shift, full-time, Flowood, MS.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a medical office
• Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
• Experience with scheduling, scanning, fielding phone calls & filing
• Organized with good time-management

Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work full-time with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at our outpatient clinic in Flowood, Mississippi.

If you have medical office experience and you are organized, able to multitask, take direction and follow through to achieve successful outcomes, this position involves obtaining insurance verifications and authorizations.

Basic Function

The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local outpatient clinic where our TEAM of therapist provide physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients. The position has regular contact with staff members, patients, and patients’ families.
