Mid South Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager for our Rehab Therapy Department in Flowood, Mississippi. The role requires organized, multitasking individuals with medical office experience to support the Director of Rehabilitation and the therapy team.

Responsibilities include insurance verifications and authorizations, scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining thorough documentation for patients and families in a clinical outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Experience with insurance verification and authorizations is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling, handling phone calls, and filing.
• Organized with good time-management and strong written communication.
