Job summary

Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to join our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a hospital in Madison, Mississippi. The role is full-time, requiring at least one year of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a medical office, with strong organization and data-entry skills.

EPIC experience is a plus, and the successful candidate will support the Director of Rehabilitation and the rehab team. You will handle scheduling, filing, phone calls, and correspondence, coordinate with staff and patients,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical and computer experience required
• Experience with scheduling, scanning, filing & fielding phone calls
• Organized and good with time-management
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Excellent writing skills are required for emails, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital
• Regular contact with staff, patients, and patients’ families
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and handling phone calls and correspondence
