Workweek is Monday through Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with some Saturdays. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and flexibility to cover early mornings or late days as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have some degree of computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm, as well as some Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome on-site patients and visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
• Register patients (check-in/out) and maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, insurance, and demographic information in accordance with doctor preference and compliance requirements.
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.
• Process and collect patient payments for copays, balances, DME, and form requests.
• Maintain operations by following policies and opening/closing procedures.
