Unity Health is seeking a patient-facing Office Representative to perform front desk duties at our facility. You will greet patients, check them in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage records with attention to accuracy and privacy.

The role requires strong communication, efficient computer use, and basic medical terminology. Must be able to work overtime and disaster-related shifts as workload dictates, while maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.

Qualificações

• High School graduate required.
• 1-2 years medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; typing and computer skills.
• Basic medical terminology and public relations skills.
• Good judgment; flexibility to work overtime and disaster work as required.
