Job summary

AdventHealth Lake Wales is seeking an on-site team member to handle medical records requests, assist with daily closing procedures, and warmly greet patients at the front desk. You will apply department policies to guide patient care, answer calls, and document communications accurately.

Ideal candidates have a High School Grad or equivalent and related experience; training is provided. The role is full-time with day shifts in Lake Wales, FL, and the pay range is posted for hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad or Equiv (Required).
• Field of Study: or equivalent.
• Work experience: 1+ years related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates medical record requests accurately and timely.
• Assists with daily closing procedures. Other duties as assigned.
• Greets and directs patients in a friendly, welcoming, and timely manner.
• Demonstrates knowledge of department policies and procedures to assist patients appropriately.
• Answers the telephone and handles calls in a timely and friendly manner, including appropriate documentation of the call.
