Job summary

Asset management professional opportunity in healthcare real estate requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a focus on medical office portfolios. The role involves reviewing leasing, occupancy, and operational metrics, supporting business plans, budgeting, and capital planning, as well as coordinating reporting for investors and lenders.

Candidates should have 3–7 years of CRE experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Argus Enterprise/Intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field required.
3–7 years of financial, asset management, or CRE experience.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Asset Management team in overseeing a medical office portfolio.
Review leasing, occupancy, and operational reporting and identify key trends.
Assist with annual business plan preparation and presentation.
Prepare quarterly asset performance and operational updates.
Coordinate property-level reporting requests for investors, lenders, and partners.
Participate in annual budgeting and capital planning processes.
Assist with transitioning newly acquired assets into the portfolio.
Review lease proposals and capital expenditure requests.
Analyze monthly operating statements and property reports.
Review asset valuations, appraisals, and third-party analyses.
Audit acquisition models, rent rolls, and Argus files to ensure data integrity.
Monitor loan compliance, key dates, and portfolio risks.
