Qualifications

• Experience in medical office administration and customer service.
• Ability to verify insurance details and collect copays accurately.
• Proficiency with medical billing and common EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, explain payment policies, and answer phones.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data into the system.
• Collect copays and balances, balance cash drawer, and communicate with providers and insurers.
• Travel to other sites may be required; maintain certifications.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
