Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a Medical Office Associate II to provide front office support for Cardiac MOB operations. You will assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and payments, interacting with a diverse patient population.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work under supervision of the Practice Site Manager. Full-time, day shift, 40 hours/week.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides front office support to clinical operations. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answers phone calls and provides assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Works under the daily supervision of the Practice Site Manager and/or assigned staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of Medical Office related experience required.
