Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking an organized patient care secretary to support scheduling, patient interactions, and real-time communication for admissions and transfers.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of secretarial and customer service experience; familiarity with medical terminology is preferred and prior healthcare exposure is a plus. This is an on-site position with benefits from Penn State Health.
