Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• EPIC experience is very helpful!
• Ability to successfully pass all required training to obtain security access to perform role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients at JHCP.
• Receive incoming and make outbound calls to schedule appointments, process refills, referrals, and take messages.
• Check in/out, collect copays, and respond to patient messages.
• Verify insurance and collect demographics.
