Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Medical Office Assistant certificate or relevant healthcare training program.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
