The role requires medical terminology knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while protecting patient information.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; completion of a Medical Office Assistant/Specialist or Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
• Ability to register patients, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and bill patients with confidentiality.
