Responsibilities

• Ensures all patients’ registration and demographics information is correct and updated; completes check-in and check-out in a timely manner.
• Collects payments from patients for appointments, forms, or past due balances.
• Monitors daily schedule including scheduling/rescheduling appointments as needed.
• Completes clerical chart prep and prints visit related documents (consents, receipts, visit summaries).
• Greet patients and manage multi-line phone system; float to other practices as needed.
