Meduit in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to guide patients through their medical bills and support our healthcare partners in delivering exceptional patient care. This onsite role is located at 4135 S Stream Blvd Ste 400, Charlotte, NC 28217 with a 4-week paid training.
Schedule is 10am–7pm Eastern, Monday–Friday. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour base plus $2 per hour shift differential, with medical/dental/vision benefits and a clear path for growth.
