• Review and summarize medical records and case documents.
• Conduct legal research to support attorney review.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery responses.
• Coordinate and track deadlines through calendaring and docketing systems.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Assist attorneys during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of case documentation and filings.
• Support case management and special projects as assigned.
