Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, depositions, and trial prep.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Review medical records and prepare detailed chronologies.
• Conduct state and federal court e-filing and ensure Florida procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist with witness interviews, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Maintain organized case files and billable time records.
