Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is assisting a well-established Orlando law firm in finding an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Family Law and Government Department. You will work with attorneys through all phases of litigation, reviewing records, coordinating experts, and filing documents with Florida courts from the office in Orlando.

• Strong experience drafting legal documents and discovery.

• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and organizing medical records and coordinating with experts.

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Family Law and Government Department in Orlando, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Job Responsibilities

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on active litigation matters while providing critical support throughout the case lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing and organizing medical records, coordinating with experts, scheduling compulsory medical examinations, assisting with trial preparation, managing electronic case files, e-filing documents through Florida courts, and drafting legal documents including answers, motions, discovery requests and responses, witness lists, exhibit lists, orders, and case summaries.
