Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the state bar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or similar.
Experience in litigation, research, and writing.
Expertise in insurance defense and drafting pleadings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Represent healthcare professionals and organizations in medical malpractice cases.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and defense strategies.
Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Develop effective defense strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
