Job summary

Jobot seeks a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney for our Philadelphia-based litigation team. The role involves representing physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems in complex malpractice matters, with hybrid/remote schedules available and NJ and PA bar admissions required.

You will manage cases from inception to trial, draft pleadings and motions, prep clients and experts, and collaborate with insurers and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in PA and NJ.
• 2–10 years of medical malpractice defense or complex civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent deposition and courtroom advocacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice litigation.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including depositions and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare clients and experts for depositions and trial testimony.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with clients and insurers.
