Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years as a Medical Malpractice or Associate Attorney.
• 2-5 years of insurance defense experience.
• Admitted to state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in medical malpractice lawsuits (providers and insurers).
• Research and analyze medical records to build defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements for medical negligence cases.
• Represent clients in state, federal courts and arbitration panels.
• Handle cases involving automobile and trucking liability.
