What You’ll Be Doing

• Defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters
• Managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
• Working with medical experts and handling complex medical records
• Taking ownership of files while collaborating closely with senior litigators
• Participating in strategy discussions and client communications

What They’re Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (NJ admission a plus but not required)
• 3–10+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
• Strong litigation fundamentals and comfort managing cases independently
• Trial or courtroom experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in related areas (general liability, premises liability, or professional liability) is welcomed
