You will be the critical link between clients and our legal teams, guiding clients through a difficult process with empathy while ensuring cases move forward efficiently. This on-site role supports investigators, attorneys, and support staff, maintains accurate case files, and coordinates with medical providers and insurers to advance claims.

Qualifications
