Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with medical malpractice, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or complex litigation preferred.
• Excellent calendaring and deadline management skills.
• Ability to draft routine pleadings and legal correspondence.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records strongly preferred.
• Trial preparation experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Draft, review, and organize discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert meetings.
• Manage litigation calendars and critical deadlines.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation.
• Organize and maintain case files and supporting evidence.
• Review, summarize, and organize medical records.
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, medical providers, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks.
• Conduct factual investigations and compile case information.
• Support high-volume litigation matters while ensuring exceptional accuracy.

A highly respected Texas litigation firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dynamic litigation team supporting attorneys handling complex medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and serious personal injury matters. This position offers hands-on involvement throughout the entire litigation lifecycle, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
