Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Dallas-based law firm to recruit an experienced Paralegal for a busy litigation practice focusing on Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Catastrophic Injury, and Complex Litigation.

The ideal candidate will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage case calendars, discovery, and trial prep, and coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel in an on-site Dallas environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice Defense, Catastrophic Injury, or Complex Litigation preferred.
• Strong experience preparing and responding to discovery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Must successfully complete a background check and skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation support from case inception through trial and resolution.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, disclosures, and correspondence.
• Maintain case calendars and track litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
• Prepare pleadings, notices, and other legal documents for attorney review.
• Review, organize, summarize, and index medical records and supporting documentation.
• Maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness files, and trial notebooks.
• Conduct factual investigations and gather supporting case information.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of litigation tasks.

Position Overview
