The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong discovery and calendar management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or complex litigation preferred.
• Strong discovery, calendaring, and case management skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert meetings
• Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documentation
• Organize case files and litigation materials
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks
• Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
