Job summary

LifeMD seeks a Medical Licensing Specialist to support licensure, credentialing, and payer contracts. You will verify credentials, maintain state licensing matrices, and prepare PSV reports to maximize provider efficiency.

The role requires multi-state licensing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with internal teams to onboard/offboard providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical licensing/credentialing with multi-state responsibilities.
• Experience with licensure verification, DEA/board requirements and payer contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtain licensure and privileges for LifeMD providers across states.
• Maintain licensing matrices for all providers and markets.
• Perform verification of licensure, malpractice, and education.
• Create PSV reports and assist with CPAs.
• Update CAQH provider records and respond to boards regularly.
