Acquire Med LLC is seeking a hands-on technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair surgical laser systems and related medical equipment across the country. You will work independently in the field with support from the Service Director and team.

Based in our Kaysville, Utah office, you will also perform local service, remote support, training, documentation, and inventory tasks when not traveling, while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronics and mechanics.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and manufacturer specs.
• Good communication and accurate service documentation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support and document findings.
• Record service histories and parts used in work orders.
• Communicate progress to customers and the Service Director.
• Coordinate parts orders and warranty work.
• Follow safety and Acquire Med procedures.
