Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• ASCP/AMT certification preferred; BLS required or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized lab tests accurately and timely.
• Conduct phlebotomy and clerical duties as needed.
• Interpret test results and apply them to patient care per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and hospital guidelines.
• Communicate findings with medical staff and support patient care teams.
• Support continuous education and participate in department training.
