Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Completes specialized training after high school (associate degree).
• Certification in MLT/MT preferred (ASCP/AMT).
• BLS required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate routine and specialized lab tests.
• Perform phlebotomy and clerical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers, medical staff, patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Follow department policies and ensure compliance across the facility.
