Qualifications

• Knowledge of CLIA high-complexity testing and result interpretation.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate/high complexity tests after training and interprets results.
• Acts as a resource for laboratory users and provides test interpretations.
• Reviews procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy of reporting.
• Prioritizes STAT and routine samples and ensures proper specimen labeling.
• Documents testing steps, results, and any deviations in the LIS and SOPs.
• Maintains proficiency with LIS functions and instrument maintenance.
