SEO HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Laboratory team. The role is full-time (36 hrs/wk) with schedule hours 0600-1830, including weekends and two holiday rotations per year.

Compensation aligns with experience and NAACLS qualifications are preferred. The successful candidate will hold an associate degree and NIC/NAACLS-accredited training, or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or NAACLS-accredited MLT program required.
• Equivalent training with 60 credits including chemistry and biology preferred.
• Experience in an accredited laboratory within the last 10 years is desirable.

Education

Associate's degree in Laboratory Science

NAACLS accredited MLT program

50 week US military medical laboratory training

60 academic credits with 6 chem + 6 bio

3 years lab experience in last 10 years

Physician Enterprise: Lab Sciences degree
