Qualifications

• Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform clinical laboratory support tasks.
• Ability to document and communicate laboratory results clearly to healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of biosafety and infection control procedures.
• Experience with accessioning and tracking specimens in LIS or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and prepare reagents and culture media.
• Collect, process, and accession specimens; ensure specimen acceptability and proper handling.
• Validate and document laboratory results; support quality assurance and accreditation activities.
