Job summary

Family Care Network in Bellingham, WA seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform test analyses on patient specimens under the supervision of the Laboratory Services Manager. You will analyze quality control samples, maintain equipment, and ensure timely turnaround times.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree and ASCP or equivalent licensure, with laboratory experience preferred. Full-time, day/evening shifts with competitive benefits including health plans, PTO, 401(k) and wellness

Title: Medical Laboratory Technician, ASCPLocation: FCN Laboratory ServicesCity: Bellingham, WAPosition: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly). This position requires alternating between day and evening shifts on a weekly or biweekly basis. Scheduled hours are 7:30am-3:00pm for day shifts and 1:30pm-10:00pm for evening shifts.Compensation: The full wage scale is $25.75 - $35.45 per hour. We also offer a $3.00 per hour shift differential for eligible evening and weekend hours. Performs test analysis on quality control samples, proficiency samples and performs equipment maintenance. Employee is regularly required to: stand; walk and sit for long periods of time; use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
