Job summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) to conduct and analyze laboratory tests that support patient care. You will obtain, process, and ensure the integrity of blood and body fluids while adhering to strict quality protocols.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to lead or train colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science.
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science or HEW Certificate.
• MLT ASCP certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests to support patient care.
• Obtain, process, and ensure integrity of blood and body fluids.
• Follow strict protocols to maintain accuracy and timely reporting of results.
