Job summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to perform precise laboratory analyses across multiple satellite clinics in Breezy Point, Baxter, and Crosby. You will analyze blood and body fluids, ensure specimen integrity, and report results to support patient care.

The role requires certification within one year of hire and an Associate Degree in Medical Technology. You will operate advanced equipment, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with clinicians

Qualifications

• ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire.
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology for Clinical Laboratory Science.
• For CLIA: Able to provide a copy of the highest diploma or degree attained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blood and other body fluids to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment with accuracy.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and timely reporting of results.
