• Monitors regulatory compliance and accreditation standards; participates in proficiency testing.
• Maintains supply and reagent inventory and supports cost-reduction initiatives.
• Adheres to privacy and safety policies; communicates results clearly to care teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
