Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, biological, or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Associate's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• Equivalent training per CLIA 42CFR493.1489(b)(3)(ii).
• MILITARY medical lab training acceptable (50 weeks).
• Preferred MLS/MLT certification meet CLIA/CAP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or assist in special projects or research initiatives.
• Participate in cross-training rotations across lab sections.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement new procedures with data support.
• Assist in establishing department goals and maintain competency; mentor bench personnel.
