Aufgaben

• Perform tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood banking, and urinalysis.
• Analyze, validate, and interpret results for accuracy and compliance.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment per protocols.
• Review specimens to confirm accuracy before testing.
• Maintain LIS data entry and lab records with precision.
• Participate in QA programs, proficiency testing, and QC.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff on diagnostic concerns.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area with infection control adherence.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current.
