Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology, ASCP certification, and at least 4 years of laboratory experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology required
• Medical Technologist (ASCP) certification required
• Lab experience 4 years required
• Must read and interpret test results used by providers in diagnosis and treatment

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations and personnel performing testing and reporting results.
• Oversee Quality Control (QC) review, training, and competency assessment of staff.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with CLIA and SOPs.
• Communicate findings and issues to supervisor and clinical staff
