Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP certification (MLT/MT/MLA/Histologists) required.
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived testing according to CLIA and SOPs.
• Act as General Supervisor for day-to-day lab operations and personnel supervision.
• Train staff, conduct competency assessments, QC reviews, and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate test results and proper documentation of records.
